De FietsPiraat
Limited means, maximum impact
Project
Fietspiraat is a local Amsterdam bike shop operating within tight practical and financial constraints. The goal was not reinvention, but clarity.
The existing website had become cluttered and difficult to navigate. My task was to simplify structure, improve usability, and create a site the owner could fully manage without technical support.
